Our company – with a focus on international education – is formed by Ivy League alumni, experienced admissions counselors and officers, and peer elite mentors from top universities in the United States. With offices in Shanghai, Singapore, London, and New York, our services include application guidance and counseling for global institutions (high schools and colleges), standardized test training, personal background improvement planning, resume building, and cooperation with overseas universities’ programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

To teach English Literature and Writing within the English department

To maintain up-to-date records of student progress across all aspects of performance

To ensure that your students make good or outstanding progress in English

To deal effectively with behavior, attendance, and punctuality issues

To carry out the regular assessment and marking of students' work, according to the

school assessment and marking policy

To carry out assessment and feedback

REQUIREMENTS (SKILLS, EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND, AND WORKING EXPERIENCE NEEDED)

Minimum Bachelor’s degree or above

Minimum three years of teaching experience

A passion for English and the ability to share this with as wide a range of students

as possible

Excellent subject knowledge and an interest in current developments in English

Excellent interpersonal skills

Honesty, integrity, compassion, flexibility, and a good sense of humor

Strong organizational, self-management, and problem-solving skills

SPECIAL REQUEST (IF ANY)

Knowledge of IB/AP/A-level/GCSE/IGCSE, TOEFL & IELTS is desirable

Master's or Ph.D. degree is a plus

Working experience with top international schools in China is desirable
