About the Role:

Join Central Adult Day Healthcare Services as a Registered Nurse (RN) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN to provide exceptional care in a supportive environment in Richmond, VA.

Responsibilities:

Administer medications and monitor patient health and vital signs.

Develop and implement individualized care plans for clients.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Provide education and support to clients and their families.

Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.

Assist in daily activities and promote client independence.

Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as needed.

Participate in staff training and development programs.

Requirements:

Current RN license in the state of Virginia.

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a healthcare or community setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
