YOUR ROLE

Deliver GIFT service to our online customer by owning the Ship from Store process. This includes overseeing the Customer Orders App, ensuring shipment is processed within 24 hours, maintaining backroom standards and inventory, locating items within customer orders, processing, and shipping all orders. DAY IN THE LIFE

• Log into Customer Orders app to fulfill any orders assigned to your store. • Work with a team of Associates to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and shipped out timely. • Oversee backroom operations. Keep the backroom clean and to standard. Maintain inventory organization. • Motivate and inspire your team to give their all through coaching in the moment, giving feedback, celebrating wins, and having fun with recognition. • Follow all policy and procedures to maintain a safe shopping experience for our customer and a work environment that is safe and open for all. • Practice teamwork by being ready and willing to help other members of the team when they need a hand.

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 18 years old to join the team. Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferred, but not required. Open availability preferred. The Full Time Assistant Manager is scheduled up to 40 hours per week. Some overtime may be approved based on business needs. • Plan to walk and stand for up to 8 hours while fulfilling customer orders. • Carry and lift boxes up to 40lbs filled with our newest arrivals. You’ll climb and balance on ladders, kneel, squat, and reach above the shoulders to locate merchandise within customer orders.
