The Temporary Visual Merchandiser is a creative individual who has a passion for representing the latest fashion trends. They are stylish and trendy individuals who represent the rue21 brand to every customer who walks through the door. They are relatable to customers from all walks of life by being engaging and optimistic about interaction.
o Build and maintain knowledge of visual merchandising strategies and current trends
o Partner with managers to execute, uphold, and maintain all visual standards
o Execute and install window presentations and in-store displays
QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE
Experience in merchandising and styling with knowledge of current fashion trends and styles
§ A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
§ The ability to use ladders, box knives, and other miscellaneous tools
§ Schedule and hours would be based on floor-set execution and business needs
§ Minimum of 18 years of age required

No prior experience required. Prior customer service/ retail experience a plus

WORK SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS Part-Time Sales Associates work a schedule reflective of availability established at the time of hire, with the ability to increase hours based on business needs which may include weekends and/or holidays.
