Join the vibrant team at Hudson Do it Best Hardware as a Sales Floor Associate! In this dynamic role, you'll engage with customers, assisting them in finding the right products for their home improvement projects while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting products and answering questions about merchandise.

Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor to enhance customer experience.

Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout counter.

Restock shelves and ensure inventory is well-displayed and accessible.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.

Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and store policies.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred.

Must be able to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs.
