Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:

• Design new implementations to match product specifications
• Develop and improve software modules relating to water utility data
• Test new code and expand test coverage of existing code
• Troubleshoot complex systems
• Analyze problematic data sets
• Follow latest software engineering techniques and trends

 

Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
• Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field
• Python (or similar)
• SQL
• Amazon Web Services
• Problem solving
• Unit testing
• Data mining
• Web services
• API development
• Third-party integrations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Time management skills
