About the Role:

Join Villegas Corporation as a Server/Cashier in our vibrant Garden Grove location! This exciting role combines customer service and cash handling, allowing you to create memorable dining experiences while ensuring smooth transactions.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with menu selections and inquiries.

Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Process cash and card transactions swiftly and securely.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and cashier areas.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.

Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.

Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

Promote daily specials and upsell menu items to enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a server or cashier role preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.

Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Food Handler's certification

RBS certification

Positive attitude and a passion for customer service.

Team player with a strong work ethic.

Fluent in English/Spanish
