WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
We are excited to announce that the first skoah facial shop is opening in Phoenix — Paradise Valley in the fall of 2023. We are seeking a professional and customer-service oriented Facial Shop Manager to assist with the pre-opening and oversee the ongoing daily operations of our shop once it’s opened. As a leader, you will be responsible for maintaining high operational and organizational standards, overseeing administrative tasks and monitoring inventory levels. The ideal candidate should be passionate about customer satisfaction, delivering profitable results and creating a supportive team environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist shop owner with pre-opening initiatives, responsibilities and tasks.
Oversee daily business operations, from the front to the back of the house.
Maintain shop policies and procedures to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
Motivate the team through training and mentorship, providing feedback and coaching to create a culture of ownership and results.
Build team relationships and lead toward common shop goals, including memberships and product sales.
Develop growth strategies to attract new customers and increase shop traffic with local marketing campaigns, promotional events and partnerships.
Assist with digital advertising and organic social media posts.
Highly focus on maintaining customer retention and loyalty.
Problem-solve to address customer concerns in a way that pleases the customer and benefits the shop.
Maintain krew member and shop needs, including hiring , payroll, inventory management, back bar and operational supplies.
Evaluate krew member performance and productivity and celebrate team wins often.
Krew member scheduling; optimizing shop utilization.
Be proficient and educated in working the POS software, sales transactions of customers for services and products.
Review shop key performance indicators (KPIs) and operating performance daily, weekly and monthly with shop owner and corporate team, as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience working in a retail wellness, fitness, or beauty environment with a membership model.
Previous retail management experience preferred.
Experience working on local marketing campaigns, promotional events and partnerships.
Leadership skills with ability to develop and motivate team members, while creating a good working relationship and comfortable work environment.
Outgoing personality and comfortable educating customers about services and products with focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Honesty and integrity.
Well organized and detail oriented.
Self-motivated and ongoing curiosity to learn.
Knowledge of basic business management and financial practices.
Understanding of digital advertising and experience with organic social media preferred.
Able to work 40+ hours/week and flexibility to work mornings, days, evenings, weekends and during holidays.
