Job Description
We are seeking an Full-Time Accounting Assistant to become an integral part of our team!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reconciling Statements/Invoices
- Processing and distributing mail
- Processing Payments
- Organizing Files
- Maintain daily tasks/projects, provide updates as needed
- Perform all other office tasks
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields
- Experience in data entry
- Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- At least two years of Microsoft Office and Quick Books Experience
- Self-Starter
- Ability to work in an unsupervised environment
