The Supervisor is responsible for assessing the work of their team members and providing them with specific, constructive and positive feedback to maximize performance.
THE JOB
- Supervises a team of Customer Service Representatives doing high volume outbound calls (warm leads) to set up appointments for interested customers
- Meet quotas to fill schedules on a daily basis by managing the team’s productivity and effectiveness
- Track all appointments on the dispatch board to ensure we are fully booked
- Motivate team members with contests and recognition programs within the company budget
- Assists in continuous coaching on sales technique, quality, and product knowledge and monitors effectiveness
- Must assist the team in booking calls
- Effective communication with clients through texting and email
MUST HAVES
- 3+ years of experience in an outbound call center and management background
- Energetic and motivating personality with a strong desire to win for the team
- A hyper-focused desire to ensure goals are met
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective and articulate communicator with great cadence
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM
- Flexible schedule (must be available for weekends and after hours when needed)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000 -$60,000 /year
