    Spotify offers our advertising partners the opportunity to reach millions of users across the globe and  to connect with the right audience for their brand. As we scale and refine our Free business model, we are constantly evolving the way we work with data, tools and processes across our sales, marketing and CRM platforms.

    We are looking for a passionate Senior Product Manager to drive our roadmap and help us meet the goals of our internal business partners.  This role will be exciting for someone with deep domain expertise who understands how the future of Ad Sales technology will evolve as our business scales.  Our future goals are ambitious, and we are looking for someone who is excited about that challenge.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    • Lead a team of Product Managers and provide coaching through their career development
    • Devise the roadmap for the team to meet the evolving needs of our business partners
    • Oversee the strategy and decisions during our expansion towards higher automation of our systems and processes
    • Collaborate with the team to build a framework for intake prioritization, product demonstration, and stakeholder communication
    • Understand the importance of operational data and how it can be leveraged by the business to drive decision making
    • Contribute to our organizational rhythm by presenting to your peers
    • Work out of our offices based in New York City

    WHO YOU ARE:

    • You have excellent leadership and relationship building skills
    • You have significant product management experience working closely with AdSales technology and CRM, operating at a global scale
    • You are an excellent communicator and storyteller, engaging with your audience on a personal level
    • You are experienced with agile methodology and data-informed product development processes
    • You have a passion for the Spotify as a product and a user experience
    • You have domain knowledge of the music industry and/or online entertainment
