    Job Description

    Organized Living is seeking a Customer Success Marketing Specialist who is dedicated to growing our Dealer network by providing marketing, communication, and software support. The Customer Success Marketing Manager will play an important role by work collaboratively to support our Dealer partners and attract additional Dealers as it relates to marketing, communications, and software support.

    As a key member of our team, you will oversee short-term and long-term marketing and communication strategies by producing marketing campaigns that engage our current and future partners. Several of the chief tasks include creating marketing support materials, executing campaigns, conducting customer interviews, and providing valuable insights and feedback to the strategic initiative team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Partner with sales to manage and expand existing partner relationships while identifying new opportunities to grow our partner network.
    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies in collaboration with the strategic initiative team to support our Dealer partners and target new partners.
    • Plan, create, and manage marketing campaigns that drive engagement and align with our current and target partners' needs and our strategic objectives.
    • Design and produce marketing support materials, including brochures, presentations, training resources, and digital content, to assist with our strategic objectives.
    • Assist with sales at trade shows/events and other marketing activities to enhance partner engagement.
    • Conduct interviews and gather feedback from Dealer partners to gain insights into their needs and challenges. Translate these insights into actionable strategies.
    • Identifying new Dealer partner opportunities.
    • Link and promote the adoption and use of software features and functionality to help partners achieve key business outcomes, take findings back to the Product Management team.
    • Lead product-specific marketing campaigns, ensuring effective communication of product features, benefits, and unique selling points.
    • Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and communication efforts, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of strategies.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, software or a related field.
    • Proven experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of software adoption.
    • Outstanding communication and organization skills with a strong attention to detail.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and multiple versions.
    • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.
    • Strong project management skills.
