Job Opportunity – Finance Specialist with 4C for Children in Cincinnati, OH

As the Finance Specialist with 4C for Children, you will have a direct impact on the day-to-day operations of our Agency. You will lead several critical areas integral to employee functionality, such as payroll processing, monthly corporate card reconciliation, and expense processing. You will also strengthen relationships with vendors that support our work by managing invoices, payables, and updating the accounting system. Additionally, you will support our Senior Leadership with Agency-wide decisions by providing timely and accurate audit documentation, ensuring fiscally sound processes are followed, and spear-heading special projects as needed.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a high-energy self-starter with the ability to work seamlessly with team members of all departments and levels. Other requirements of this position include:

• Associate degree (a plus) and/or 2+ years of experience in payroll/general accounting (non-profit experience a plus)
• A history using financial software (Financial Edge preferred), Microsoft Excel (required), experience with Paycor/ADP (or equivalent) preferred
• Superb attention to detail
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
