    Job Description

    We are hiring an Associate Direct Technical Support Specialist to provide on-site client support for a federal client. This support includes coordination with customer representatives regarding digital signature management and operational technical requirements.  The position will provide individual and small group consultations on the use of commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) hardware/software, internet and cellular theory, technical operations, situational awareness tools, and tactical communications systems. In addition, a successful applicant will facilitate client training events through technical Red Team analysis and OSINT reporting to supplement technical training objectives.   

    LOCATION:

    Northern Virginia - on-site

    WHAT YOU WILL DO: 

    • Under minimal supervision, provides direct technical support to the end Customer via full-time on-site support.
    • Works closely with internal Training Advisory Services (TAS) element to align consultations and support with existing structured Ridgeline courseware.  
    • Manage and configure COTS hardware to meet training objectives while projecting required digital signature of event participants, events, and training site.
    • Provide ‘Red Team’ analysis during training iterations, to include management of proprietary tools and applications within Ridgeline’s secure Ubiquitous Technical Surveillance (UTS) training enclave.  
    • Conduct open source intelligence (OSINT) analysis on individual training participants, providing written reports to supplement existing client training events.  
    • Provide technical support and small-group consultations in operational use of tactical RF (radio frequency) systems and situational awareness applications (TAK).

    WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH IN THE FIRST THREE MONTHS: 

    • Come entirely up to speed on Ridgeline technology and training solutions and be able to provide seamless client support.

    Qualifications

    MUST HAVES:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
    • 5-7 years of experience in an applicable technology training or integration position.  
    • Secret security clearance
    • Experience supporting operational employment of commercial technologies
    • Prior experience with tactical communications and networked situational awareness applications

    NICE-TO-HAVES:

    • TS/SCI w/ polygraph
    • Direct technical support to DOD/Federal clients   
    • Former military experience with technical MOS designation (i.e. 25 Series, SF 18E, 26XX SIGINT, etc.)
