We are looking for a Digital Staffing Associate with staffing experience who would like to make the transition into the digital staffing world to join our Dallas team. We need an energetic, proactive and detailed orientated individual who has experience in staffing to support our digital staffing model.
Our digital staffing platform does a lot of the heavy lifting in temporary staffing. This includes full digital onboarding and automation of the ‘match to dispatch' process.
Your role of our Customer Service Associate is to manage and resolve service exceptions, liaise with workers and customers as required, assist with the onboarding of new customers and help coordinate the posting of ads for both workers and customers on digital or social media platforms. You are likely to be someone who likes variation in your day to day job and the learning that brings.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
Min 2 years staffing experience in a customer service role (dispatching, recruiting, interviewing)
Proactive, ‘can do' attitude
Proven ability to learn quickly & problem solve to get things done
A passion for technology
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Solid organizational and time-management abilities
