Our client in the healthcare industry is seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join their IT team. In this hands-on role, you’ll manage and maintain IT infrastructure, core business applications, and system security to ensure reliable operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and support servers, networks, and applications.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maximize uptime.
Implement and maintain security policies, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, and Azure environments.
Support virtualization, VOIP, video conferencing, and end-user devices.
Maintain accurate documentation and promote IT best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, plus 4+ years of professional IT experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
Strong background in Microsoft Server OS, Hyper-V, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
Experience with networking technologies (Cisco, Meraki, HP/Aruba, Ubiquiti) and system security.
Familiarity with VOIP, SQL, SharePoint, Teams, and video conferencing tools.
Certifications such as MCP or MCSE are a plus.
Experience working with both on-premises infrastructure and cloud-based data service platforms.
