    Our client in the healthcare industry is seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join their IT team. In this hands-on role, you’ll manage and maintain IT infrastructure, core business applications, and system security to ensure reliable operations across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Install, configure, and support servers, networks, and applications.

    • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maximize uptime.

    • Implement and maintain security policies, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.

    • Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, and Azure environments.

    • Support virtualization, VOIP, video conferencing, and end-user devices.

    • Maintain accurate documentation and promote IT best practices.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, plus 4+ years of professional IT experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).

    • Strong background in Microsoft Server OS, Hyper-V, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.

    • Experience with networking technologies (Cisco, Meraki, HP/Aruba, Ubiquiti) and system security.

    • Familiarity with VOIP, SQL, SharePoint, Teams, and video conferencing tools.

    • Certifications such as MCP or MCSE are a plus.

    • Experience working with both on-premises infrastructure and cloud-based data service platforms.
