The Sr. Manager, HR Business Partner will be responsible for all aspects
of Human Resources management and program implementation across the
Flagship, TPM and Infrastructure/Productivity organizations within
Consumer Engineering, including the management of HR programs, business
partnership, employee relations and legal compliance. We are looking
for an experienced HR leader with the ability to partner and influence
the Flagship Engineering leadership team and engage with the global HR
team, while helping drive the talent strategy for the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set and align the global talent strategy with the business
priorities to drive to results
- Define and drive the delivery of talent processes & programs
globally
- Actively participate in the functional leadership teams as a partner
to the business
- Understand the business and its challenges to help address the
organization and talent needs
- Provide guidance and leadership to the Talent Services Partner
- Develop and cultivate deep relationships with other HRBPs and the
Centers of Excellence
- Assist with the change process as the company meets the challenges
of the need to scale
- Partner with the centers of excellence to solve business problems
and execute on corporate-wide talent initiatives
- Deliver short-term solutions while also solving for long-term
problems by addressing immediate challenges and underlying causes
- Improve manager capabilities through coaching and implementation of
management development programs and opportunities
- Use data to measure success: learn, iterate, and improve; analyze
trends and develop pro-active actions to further support the
business objectives
- Communicate to a diverse population and understand when to flex
based on the audience
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7+ years of HR experience
- Demonstrated experience in the various HR functional areas,
especially employee relations and change management
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High integrity and will stop at nothing to safeguard compliance
standards and company values
- Ability to work at all levels of the HR “stack” - strategic,
operational, and tactical
- Having had a COE background, i.e. HRIT, HR Ops, Compensation
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and
written
- Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure
information flows upward and downward
- Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment and work
independently
- Critical thinker with success in developing innovative solutions to
business issues
- Ability to manage multiple, complex issues and prioritize projects
concurrently
