    You love to tell stories, and you can tell them in video, radio, print, interactive, and any other medium that crosses your desk. You’re ready to work on BtoC, BtoB, and many other XtoYs. You also have a love of the craft. You can write headlines, taglines, and all the lines in between. You’re a card-carrying member of the grammar police, and know the difference between it’s and its, their and they’re, and the value of an Oxford comma. You read a lot. And you’re ready to apply all of that knowledge to help us shape the LinkedIn brand.

    You’re both a conceptual and a strategic thinker. That means coming up with brilliant ideas, but also understanding that what makes them truly brilliant is that they solve real business problems.

    You’re ready to learn, because we have some terrific people to learn from.

    You thrive in a fluid environment. One of the most exciting (and let’s face it, challenging) things about working in tech is that it’s constantly evolving. So you should be ready to adapt as the company and the team grows.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Create concepts and write copy for projects across our business units
    • Collaborate with Art Directors and Designers
    • Present to Creative Directors and business partners, incorporating feedback
    • Participate in the production of deliverables

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 2+ years copywriting experience at an advertising agency or in-house advertising/marketing group

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Solid presentation skills
    • Ability to approach work strategically
    • Experience working with a creative partner or partners
    • A collection of shiny objects from award shows
    • A keen eye for detail and appreciation of great design
