SR. OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE, CUSTOMER SUCCESS - SALES SOLUTIONS

The Sr. Operations Associate is a key member of the Customer Success
Operations team, who will collaborate with cross-functional partners
to design & deliver productivity improvements on behalf of the global
LSS (LinkedIn Sales Solutions) Customer Success team.
Successful candidates will exhibit the ability to understand the needs
of the business; foster relationships across business
groups; demonstrate empathy for customers and colleagues; develop
and present options; and execute complex projects with high quality,
on-time, and within budget.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Refine and execute the CS team’s strategy for enabling our customer
success managers, front-line managers, and regional leaders to be
more productive in their roles.
- Collaborate with Customer Success business partners, Sales
Operations, Sales Systems, and other business teams to
define, propose, prioritize, and execute strategic and
operational initiatives.
- Champion decisions that are consistent
with LinkedIn’s corporate values, long-term business
objectives, and current needs.
- Evangelize on behalf of the LSS Customer Success team, provide
business justifications, and influence the prioritization of
CS initiatives with partner teams.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently; define success metrics,
identify risks, establish mitigation plans, provide status updates,
escalate where necessary, track outcomes, and evaluate performance.
- Organize information, facilitate productive meetings, drive
alignment across lines of business, and communicate outcomes.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience managing business-wide projects with
cross-functional dependencies.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors or higher degree in business or technical field
- Experience working with agile and/or waterfall project
management practices.
- Knowledge of and experience using project management tools and
processes such as JIRA, Confluence, or MS Project.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
- Experience as an administrator with CRM tools such as Salesforce and
MS Dynamics.
- Experience with change management across a global organization.
- Familiarity with SQL or other programming languages.
- PMP or Six Sigma certification.
