    SALES OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE, GLOBAL ACCOUNTS The Global Key Accounts Associate will play an important role to shape the future of LinkedIn’s go to market approach for LinkedIn’s largest and most important clients across all of LinkedIn’s lines of business: Talent, Marketing, Learning and Sales. In this role, you will:

    • Advise executives in the global sales, product and operations teams
    • Crack the most important strategic and operational issues facing LinkedIn’s largest and most strategic clients

    This position will offer a candidate with consulting, investment banking, or SaaS experience an exciting and high-profile opportunity to lead projects with key stakeholders and cross functional partners to make data-driven decisions on topics, including, but not limited to:

    • Growth strategy for existing customers
    • Global Churn strategy
    • Sales incentive design
    • Forecast modeling
    • Monetization strategies
    • Scaled service plans
    • Product mix analysis
    • Process improvement
    • Systems development

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    As Global Accounts Associate you will:

    • Gain management confidence by creating insights that are utilized in executive level presentations
    • Partner with sales executives on all operational and strategic requests, (e.g. team restructuring, quota setting, organizational changes)
    • Help run sales operations of a global sales team focused on LinkedIn largest global accounts
    • Establish strong working relationships with business operations, customer success, customer marketing, sales management and the systems team to achieve above objectives without management involvement
    • Drive LinkedIn annual strategic planning process through data-driven recommendations in areas such restructuring sales teams and improving productivity
    • Develop expertise across all types of consumer internet business - SaaS and media
    • Partner with sr. sales leader to coordinate key meetings & offsites, develop executive level presentations & drive operational strategy for the team
    • Coordinate cross-line of business and cross-functional teams to lead mission critical projects, role alignment & program integrations
    • Gather requirements and project manage improvements to our processes and sales technology that result in improvements in sales rep productivity (e.g. automation of manual processes and reports)

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 2 + years experience in management consulting, investment banking or 1+ years in SaaS based company in finance, ops or bizops functions
    • BA/BS degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, computer science or other related technical field
    • 3 + years experience in financial modeling and data analysis

     PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Exceptionally strong communication skills, backed by stories of effectively communicating and influencing senior management (verbal and written via Powerpoint)
    • Worked in high-growth, performance-focused environments
    • Inside-out knowledge of Excel and ability to spot an “off” number from mile away
    • 2+ years experience with a management consulting house
    • Experience with Salesforce.com and SQL
    • Demonstrated eagerness and ability to work in start-up based high-growth, performance-focused environment with lots of ambiguity
    • Exposure to SQL/Relational databases
    • Experience with Salesforce.com, SQL/relational databases and BI tools like Tableau
    • Exposure to standard sales ops and advertising metrics (i.e., CPC, CPMs, CTRs, delivery, etc.)
    • Experience working in matrixed organization
