LinkedIn’s Sales Solutions team is dedicated to changing the world of sales through the use of Sales Navigator, our flagship product that connects and builds mutually beneficial relationships between buyers and sellers. As a Microsoft Relationship Strategic Global Manager, you will build and manage a global team to forge new ground with Microsoft Relationship Sales solution (MRSs) - the first joint go-to-market offering between Microsoft and LinkedIn – by leading the team to drive strategic alignment between the Microsoft and LinkedIn sales organizations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own the full global MRSs plan number
Build, coach, manage, and inspire a global team of experienced sellers
Build global sales strategy on how to accelerate a nascent, super high-growth program
Evangelize the new joint offering and build and execute on new business strategy for MRSs
Build cross-organizational relationships with key Microsoft leadership including Time Zone Leads and Regional Vice Presidents
Serve as a primary LinkedIn point of contact for Microsoft leadership and leadership meetings/events
Drive cross-organizational strategy and build regional initiatives, goals and account prioritizations to accelerate the growth of the MRSs joint offering
Represent LinkedIn in the largest and most strategic customer meetings
Develop best practices for working across organizations with Microsoft
Inspire yourself, our company and your customers to embrace a new method of connecting value to customers
Learn how Sales Solutions is used by our customers and make compelling recommendations for additional investments in LinkedIn
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience with owning and executing on a large financial plan
Experience with building and managing a large team of senior sellers
Experience with working with uncertainty and in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment
Experience with selling enterprise software
Experience with managing several senior stakeholders
Experience managing strategic accounts in net new and renewal environments
Experience selling to both C-level executives and end-users (in the same sales cycle) in individual and team sales environments
Excellent management and motivational skills
Ability to be entrepreneurial and build out a nascent GTM strategy and team
Ability to build exec-level relationships and manage and coordinate several stakeholders in a buying cycle
