LinkedIn's Business Operations team is looking for a Senior Associate to help grow our Premium Subscriptions business. This person will partner with senior leaders and the broader cross-functional team to set strategy and drive day-to-day operations for one of LinkedIn's most important businesses. This is a great role for someone who wants to learn how to run a business from the ground up. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable and skilled at crafting a thoughtful plan and at rolling up his/her sleeves and getting stuff done.

Quantitative: experience building complex financial models and conducting sophisticated analyses
Technically proficient (or interest in learning) SQL, experience a plus.
Concise communication: Able to credibly and compellingly present and debate recommendations with senior leadership.
Practical business understanding with genuine passion for technology, big data, and/or entrepreneurship.
Proactive: Independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations
