    SALES OPERATIONS SR. ASSOCIATE, CRM STRATEGY & IMPLEMENTATION

    LinkedIn’s Sales Operations & Strategy team is searching for a Sr. Associate passionate, about driving business growth using data-driven insights. This role will work with LinkedIn’s global Sales Development leadership on the most important strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and efficiencies.

    The ideal candidate brings previous experience in a top tech consulting firm and possesses exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. The candidate must thrive as part of a fast-paced, rapidly-growing, and highly-visible team.

    The Sales Operations Sr. Associate will work cross-functionally to define a long-term CRM application roadmap and lead the implementation of those CRM capabilities that will best enable our Sales Development and Operations teams to operate and collaborate efficiently and effectively. The Sales Operations Sr. Associate will primarily play the roles of Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Change Management workstream leader on this large-scale CRM effort but may also lead additional projects that will help our team and organization operate more efficiently and effectively.

    Candidates should have deep familiarity with the software development lifecycle and lead by example in demonstrating implementation and execution excellence. Candidates should also have the ability to understand our business, tech stack, and application ecosystem quickly to effectively define the CRM features and capabilities that can feasibly be rolled out at each stage of the implementation.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    As a Sales Operations Sr. Associate you will:

    • Work with cross-functional teams to align with requirements for a CRM implementation roadmap.
    • Document the use cases and business requirements on an ongoing basis to capture the CRM capabilities as they develop.
    • Work with internal users to develop training materials on how to operate within the CRM releases.
    • Develop an implementation test, validation, and acceptance plan.
    • Coordinate with internal users to complete testing.
    • Support the team in building out visualizations, analysis, and BI reports that help run our business and report our progress to leadership.

     BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • 3+ years’ experience in Technology Consulting, or 2+ years in a SaaS-based company in finance, ops, or biz ops functions
    • BA/BS degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, computer science, or another related technical field

     PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Solid communication skills, backed by stories of effectively communicating and influencing senior management (verbal and written via PowerPoint)
    • Ability to present a complex technical solution in a clear and convincing way
    • Experience working cross-department and cross-region to drive business results
    • Excellent project management skills
    • Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities
    • Keen attention to detail and a sharp focus on quality
    • Proven track record of working in high-growth, performance-focused environments with minimal guidance
    • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce.com or Microsoft Dynamics CRM
    • Extensive experience querying data using SQL, HIVEQL.
    • Extensive experience building visualizations using tools like Tableau
