    The Talent Services Manager will work within LinkedIn to provide coaching and guidance on a wide level of HR initiatives to a team of Talent Services Partners. Working closely with other members of our Global Talent Organization, you will demonstrate a broad scope of knowledge and contribute proactively to the planning and day to day HR activities of the Company.  Responsible for the managing and performing a variety of human resources functions including business facing talent initiatives, rhythm of business activities and compliance.     RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide leadership and direct management to a team of Talent Services Partners in multiple locations across the UNITED STATES OR EMEA OR APAC
    • Support, coach and guide the team, setting and measuring quarterly performance goals and objectives, providing continuous feedback and guidance in support of their individual development needs
    • Partner with HR Business Partners to ensure the needs within their organizations are being met by the Talent Services Partners
    • Partner with key support functions within and outside of HR to ensure collaboration between teams
    • Lead cross functional projects to help create efficiencies within HR and across the company
    • Provide expertise in HR programs and processes
    • Provide frontline manager support when needed to cover for Talent Services Partners

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 10+ years’ experience as  HR Generalist/HRBP
    • 2+ years people management experience (managing HR Generalists or similar)
    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, presentation and negotiation skills.
    • Experience successfully managing and mentoring people and teams
    • Detail and goal-oriented, has the flexibility to deal with multiple and changing priorities while focused on customer service and quality
    • Ability to manage own time and workload, juggling conflicting priorities.
    • Excellent problem solving and organizational ability
    • Able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
    • Confident in handling ambiguity and fluid situations and have an abundance of common sense and pragmatism
    • Knowledge of employment legislation and the ability to translate this into practical advice for the LinkedIn HR population
    • Experience successfully interacting with cross-functional teams and multi-region teams
    • Strong analysis/quantitative skills and the ability to translate analysis into actionable tasks
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer orientation
    • Solution driven using creative and diverse ways to approach a problem or answer a question
    • Experience with HR Management Systems.
