We are looking for a savvy data analyst who has worked with a marketing
team in the past or is ready to join one for the first time. Our Growth
& Lifecycle marketing team is looking for a new team member to untangle
interesting data problems and help build marketing programs to help our
Talent Solutions customers. You will be responsible for maintaining a
pulse on the performance of a wide range of existing marketing programs
and for surfacing new data-driven insights to underpin key strategic
decisions for the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze and report on multi-channel lead gen and engagement
campaigns, test pilots, and nurture programs.
- Report on quarterly target performance, forecast and uncover issues
across the lifecycle lead funnel.
- Identify opportunities for LTS growth through lifecycle programs
whether one-off or always-on campaigns.
- Partner with business operations, marketing operations and business
analytics team to run A/B and multivariate testing with a view to
building out proven best practices per target segment
- Use data-driven marketing skills to identify trends/patterns to
identify optimization opportunities within existing programs or in
the overall customer lifecycle journey.
- Identify data discrepancies and ideate on solutions with
cross-functional partners.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of experience in an analyst role, or marketing role with
heavy emphasis on analytical skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA/BS degree
- Strong knowledge of SQL
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce.com, Dynamics)
- Knowledge of performance/online marketing and the media marketplace
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, team building and
problem-solving skills
- Ability to demonstrate resourcefulness, motivation, initiative and
leadership
- Ability to build creative solutions and drive results
- Ability to work with multiple teams marketing ops, sales ops,
business analytics, and others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
