Associate Program Manager aligned to technical, scalable and automated program assignments. Stand up new technical research programs for new vendors or data flows (ETL).

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Work with Research Ops leads, Program Managers, and Market Research leads to execute and deliver on technical research programs. Automating as much of the workflow as possible.
• Establish programs and project standards, documentation and workflow to ensure success of programs.
• Optimize existing research programs and ETLs.
• Participate in and facilitate trainings for ROPs team, Research team and stakeholders as necessary based on program assignments.
• Work with cross functional teams (PMM, Marketing, BA, Insights) to educate and evangelize research programs and tools.
• Engage productively with cross functional teams to provide solutions to business problems.
• Where bandwidth allows, engage and own additional research programs.

 

 

Basic Qualifications:

 

• BA/BS degree or related work experience
• 2+ years of survey market research experience
• 1+ years of project/program management experience or analytical role
• 1+ years of experience using query languages (SQL) and Tableau

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

• Experience in research operations role or similar operational role.
• Familiarity with multiple research methodologies including segmentation, NPS, and conjoint.
• Familiarity with advanced statistical methods.
• Technical & programming skills including SQL, Hadoop, Tableau, XML and HTML.
• Track record working in versatile and flexible environment; able to pivot with change effectively.
• Experience presenting recommendations and influencing business leaders to action decisions based on survey research.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to be a team player, collaborate and coach others.
