    We are looking for a Group Manager within the LinkedIn Marketing Solutions business. This role will lead the Campaign Solutions Product Marketing Team. Campaign Solutions includes our native advertising interface (Campaign Manager) and our API-powered developer and partner solutions. This team is charged with leading all go-to-market strategy and planning for many of our most important capabilities that allow businesses to reach, engage and convert professional audiences using LinkedIn’s leading marketing and advertising solutions.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage and motivate a high-performing team of product marketers to deliver against business results
    • Analyze markets, products, and competition for the purpose of shaping the product direction alongside Product Management and Design Leadership
    • Collaborate closely with Sales and Product to set product adoption and revenue goals and develop plans to drive growth
    • Partner with Marketing Communications, PR, and Regional Product Marketing to develop and drive go-to-market, content marketing, demand generation strategies through various channels
    • Distill and surface the voice of the sales team and the voice of the market into product and design
    • Represent the product roadmap to senior-level external clients and partners to drive product understanding and adoption
    • Cultivate talent among and contribute to the professional growth of a team of 3-5 direct reports

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • BA/BS degree
    • 5+ years of product marketing or product management experience
    • Experience in digital technology, advertising, or advertising technology

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • MBA degree

    • 10+ years professional experience in digital technology, advertising, or advertising technology

    • Experience building and launching new product and services and leading go-to-markets

    • Communication skills for technical, business, and external stakeholders

    • Experience building and launching products, services, and standards

    • Demonstrated ability to size and prioritize market opportunities and build business cases to drive business strategy

    • Record of setting organizational priorities and stakeholder alignment in a dynamic workplace
