📌 Position: Dental Office Team Lead (Full-Time)
Required Experience: Minimum 2 years in a dental office
🦷 Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Administrative Duties
Greet patients and provide an excellent patient experience
Manage phone calls, scheduling, and confirmations
Verify insurance and follow up as needed
Maintain smooth daily patient flow
Treatment Coordination / Financial Closer
Present treatment plans confidently
Explain benefits, fees, and financing options
Support patients with scheduling their recommended treatment
Follow up on pending cases and recall patients
Team Leadership
Oversee front-desk operations
Help organize daily workflow and support assistants as needed
Communicate clearly with doctor and team
Maintain a positive and professional office environment
🎯 Requirements
2+ years of dental office experience (required)
Strong knowledge of scheduling & treatment planning
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Reliable, professional, and able to take initiative
Experience with dental software preferred (Open Dental is a plus)
