About the Role:

MOBYS-K 1 INC in Frederick, MD is looking for an energetic and reliable Team Prep member to join our crew! This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced team where your hard work and attention to detail make a real difference every single day.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes and quality standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary prep station at all times

Assist kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth, efficient operations

Monitor and rotate food inventory to minimize waste and ensure freshness

Follow all food safety and handling guidelines consistently

Support team members during peak hours to keep service running on time

Requirements:

Prior food prep, kitchen, or restaurant experience is a plus but not required

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Reliable, punctual, and a team-first attitude

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices preferred
