Next Generation Childcare and Learning is seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters children's social, emotional, and cognitive development. You will play a crucial role in educating and guiding Toddler-aged children through their formative years, ensuring they are prepared for their future educational journeys.

Duties

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.

Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued and respected.

Engage with children in various activities that support their physical, emotional, and intellectual growth.

Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their development.

Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational experience for all students.

Maintain open communication with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the classroom setting.

Experience

A degree in Early Childhood Education or CDA or a RELATED FIELD IS PREFERRED.

Experience working with Toddler-aged children in an educational or childcare setting is highly desirable.

Familiarity with childhood development principles, special education needs, and various childcare practices .

Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues.

A commitment to fostering an engaging learning environment that encourages curiosity and creativity among young learners.
