Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Customer Success Engineer is responsible for the daily communications and interactions between current customers and Test.ai
The successful candidate must be proficient and current on all consumer relations strategies and tactics.
Thoroughly track, organize and document all interactions with current consumers and ensure that other departments within Test.ai are fully aware of any relevant customer issues
Own responsibility for timely customer renewals of maintenance on perpetual license contracts, and renewals of SaaS contracts, for cloud-based services
Maintain an ongoing dialog with existing customers on a regular and frequent basis
Research and problem solve client issues by networking with other Customer Success Engineers and other engineers within software development who have solved similar problems
Attend training sessions by Test.ai achieve and maintain high levels of technical competence
Build valuable relationships with clients to ensure the satisfaction of the clients brand line
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
Previous experience as a customer success engineer is highly desirable
Must have highly developed communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer service skills
Must be able to work a full-time schedule
Demonstrated consistency in achieving and exceeding goals and a strong customer orientation
