Responsibilities: • Support customers by attending closing processes when necessary • Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings, post listings to social media, and implement a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales • Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • One year of work experience in real estate • Possesses a real estate license Compensation: $100,000 per plan
