Responsibilities: Verify all disclosures have been sent within the required amount of time to keep the process running smoothly and on schedule Review all documents to verify correct signature and dates assuring that the closing process has been done efficiently and correctly Perform administrative duties as required by team members and clients in order to ensure accuracy and meet deadlines Ensure that the offer and counters according to the buyer match the seller approval to help ensure accuracy and create a smooth real estate sales process for our clients Maintain and follow up with all escrow related paperwork to ensure accuracy and timeliness Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Experience in Real Estate, Transaction Coordination, Titles or Mortgages helpful Acts as a calming force when the team is under pressure Is direct, yet helpful in dealing with customer concerns Must possess excellent written and oral grammar abilities Error-free ability to muli-task Compensation: $15 - $16 hourly
