We’re looking for a motivated, dynamic real estate agent to work with clients and customers to achieve their real estate goals. The ThinkLiveBe team with Keller Williams Realty at the Parks is consistently a top team in the market center and a Top 200 team (approximately top 0.7% of all agents in central Florida). We are growing and looking for talented agents who love helping people to come along for the ride! You will be responsible for following up with and converting leads, bringing in qualified leads, showing homes, and writing and negotiating offers. This is a fully commission-based role. Responsibilities: • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline • Generate qualified leads • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market • Provide customers and prospective customers with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget • Convert prospective clients into signed agreements to work together, write and present offers for purchase on behalf of clients • Show properties and prepare market analysis reports and other market data • Negotiate offers to acceptable terms • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close Qualifications: • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Desire to Learn and Grow and work hard • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Show a track record of real estate success • Must have a valid Real Estate License • 1+ years as a licensed real estate agent or relevant real estate experience Compensation: $102,500 at plan earnings
