As a Customer Service Representative, you will be our customers main point of contact. Ideal applicants will be friendly, professional, engaging, and dedicated to providing our reputation-worthy customer service. This position balances customer service, administrative support, and other team-related responsibilities.

the bugman, an award-winning pest and termite control company located in Anaheim, CA, is now seeking experienced Customer Care Representatives to join our team. We are growing at a rapid pace and are looking for committed and hard-working individuals dedicated to customer service. COMPETITIVE BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION:

• $15.00-$17.00 per hour, Depending on Experience

AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, YOU WILL:

• Operating a multi-line phone system

• Answer and process inbound phone calls

• Create and update client accounts

• Provide administrative support such as filing, organizing paperwork, and other administrative duties as assigned by management

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years’ office and or call center experience

• Willing to complete a background check and drug screening

• Verifiable references

• Previous experience with Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Office applications

• Termite and Pest Control industry experience is desired, but not required

WORK SCHEDULE:

• Monday through Friday

• Some Saturdays required
