    Job Description

    The Community is looking to hire a curious and ambitious Strategist who wants to be a part of an innovative, data led team leading consumer insight and long term strategy for one of the world’s biggest brands. In this role, you’ll be a part of the end-to-end strategic process, with a focus on understanding the client’s business and unearthing and sharing fresh consumer and cultural insight in a way that excites clients and inspires the creative and strategy team. You’ll have the opportunity to work across a variety of audiences across the United States

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
    • Dig deep into culture in order to constantly prove out compelling hypotheses and generate new ones in order to drive brand differentiation and cultural resonance. Out of this work, you’ll craft and present strategic narratives.
    • You’ll partner with fellow strategists to gather, analyze, and distill research into actionable insights, working to squeeze every last ounce of actionable, inspirational insight out of primary and secondary sources, up to and including Epsilon.
    • Provide primary research support (act as agency liaison with outside research vendors; assist on agency-led research initiatives– e.g., man-on-the-streets; lead where appropriate)
    • Report on cultural/societal trends that are relevant to agency clients and convert them into interesting, readable insights.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 1-2 years of experience.
    • Experience presenting to and interacting with internal and external clients.
    • Confident self-starter, comfortable contributing to conversations and work-streams.
    • Must have initiative and ability to handle projects independently.
    • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
    • Prior experience with SQL required. Prior knowledge of Simmons, Nielsen or similar nice to have, but not required.
    • Fluent oral and written English required

    Additional Information

    Compensation Range: $51,000 - $75,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
