ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Mx Group is seeking a friendly and energetic individual who is looking to put their organization and planning skills to good use in a professional office environment. As our new full-time receptionist and corporate assistant, you will be the welcoming face of our business as you manage the day-to-day operations of our front desk. Some of your responsibilities will include answering phones, welcoming our clients and guests, coordinating and catering group lunches, maintaining our inventory of office supplies, and sorting and delivering internal mail. If you are a detail-oriented and enthusiastic self-starter who aspires to be part of a fun, cohesive team at one of the Best Places to Work in Illinois, then we want to meet you!

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a professional office setting; customer service or front-desk experience is a plus
• Friendly and engaging personality, with strong communication skills
• Highly organized with acute attention to detail
• Adaptable and flexible, eager to assist with a broad variety of tasks
• Strong computer skills
