BANKING CALL CENTER REP

A local financial institution is seeking individuals with extraordinary customer service skills and a great phone voice to add to their rapidly growing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receiving calls from members (warm calls)
• Obtain and stay up to date on what the company has to offer its members
• Answer basic questions about a variety of products and departments
• Transferring calls as needed
• Guide first impressions – provide top notch customer service to keep the members returning

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service
• Clear or up-to-date credit
• Banking experience a HUGE plus, but not required
• Customer service driven mindset
