BANKING CALL CENTER REP
A local financial institution is seeking individuals with extraordinary customer service skills and a great phone voice to add to their rapidly growing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receiving calls from members (warm calls)
- Obtain and stay up to date on what the company has to offer its members
- Answer basic questions about a variety of products and departments
- Transferring calls as needed
- Guide first impressions – provide top notch customer service to keep the members returning
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service
- Clear or up-to-date credit
- Banking experience a HUGE plus, but not required
- Customer service driven mindset
