JOB DUTIES:

GOAL: To provide exceptional customer support associated with the company products. Work with customers to ensure regulatory and business obligations associated with the supplemental registration of Mason Chemical Company products are met.

• Interact directly with customers and assist them to understand regulatory and business obligations associated with supplemental registration of FIFRA products. • Work closely with customers to obtain required EPA identification numbers (i.e. company number, establishment numbers). • Maintain knowledge of Mason Chemical Company FIFRA products. • Prepare and maintain supplemental registration paperwork to include contracts, EPA administrative forms, labels, and correspondence between parties. • Provided assistance to customers for label development, design and approval. • Work closely with Registration team members to maintain knowledge of new or evolving regulatory and compliance obligations that would impact customers. • Report customer non-compliance. • Responsible for ensuring compliance with the Responsible Care Management System® including the establishment of policies and procedures, assigning responsibilities and tracking progress  

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

·       College degree – applicable industry experience may be considered in lieu of degree

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

·       Strong communication skills

·       MUST be detail oriented

·       Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites, preferred, but not required

·       Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Professional and InDesign, preferred, but not required

·       Knowledge of SharePoint, preferred, but not required

·       Customer Service/ support experience
