This position, newly created and offering you carte blanch to develop this international division around yourself, is born out of international acquisitions and the ongoing expansion of our company. Your entrepreneurial mindset, passion for pioneering and commitment to pour a solid foundation upon which others will build. You will develop best in class practices for international financial accounting and reporting activities for operations across our company. This critical role will have you assisting and reporting to the new International President as you continue to build and develop this international division. We will tap into your excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills as well as your understanding of complex accounting areas related to our international operations. GAAP

Some of the responsibilities you will have control over are

• Lead the design and implementation of corporate accounting policies and procedures.
• Apply your excellent understanding of complex accounting areas related to International operations such as translation of foreign currency transactions, revenue recognition, and accounting for inter-company transactions.
• Prepare financial data and international company ledgers for purposes of financial reporting and analysis.
• Analytical reviews and reporting packages, including profit & loss, sales forecasting, cash flow forecasting, capital expense and related variance analyses.
• Financial reports for statutory, banking and investment purposes
• Oversee resolution of any accounting and internal control issues
• Assist in local and corporate internal and external audits
• Maintain a repository of historical financial data for international companies.
