Your responsibilities During this internship you will have the opportunity to learn about the operational processes of the company and will have exposure to many different departments. You will work to streamline processes, plan continuous improvement activities, and find opportunities for digitalization. Some of your responsibilities will include: - Learn about the operational processes of the company - Work closely with a wide range of departments and their daily processes - Support the creation of process flows and process descriptions - Visualize existing processes and their bottlenecks (via Microsoft Visio) - Plan and schedule project workshops - Monitoring and maintenance of current Customer Relation Management Ticket pipelines (via HubSpot) - KPI and Report creation & maintenance for various departments (via Microsoft Power BI) - Support several organizational continuous improvement programs Qualifications This internship is a great opportunity to gain exposure to many different departments and business functions at once. The skills you will apply during this internship can translate to any industry but our ideal candidate has a strong interest in automotive sales and manufacturing. In this role you will have exposure to senior leadership and will be able to make impactful contributions to company. To succeed in this role, you should possess: - Strong verbal and written communication - Power user with Microsoft Office, especially Excel & Powerpoint - Ability to quickly understand and utilize Operational Software Applications (i.e. HubSpot; Five9, MS Visio, MS Power BI, SAP) - Ability to analyze and simplify operational processes and process workflows - Excellent interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and self-manage - Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business Consulting or Digitalization is beneficial.
