A Customer Service Technician is a highly energetic, technical oriented, team player who can employ acquired customer service, excellent communication and problem solving skills to provide assistance to the customers that we serve. A Customer Service Technician is responsible for providing assistance to new and existing customers with software installs and implementations. They are also responsible for trouble shooting issues and providing effective solutions to problems that may arise. Customer Service Technicians have the opportunity for advancement and growth based on performance.
