    Business Development Representative

    The successful Business Development Representative is a highly motivated and self-driven individual who enjoys leveraging proven experience in sales and customer service to acquire and convert new business opportunities into pre-qualified leads. A Business Development Representative is responsible for calling, emailing and successfully prospecting new business relationships with potential small to mid-sized businesses. Business Development Representatives have the opportunity for advancement and growth based on performance.

    About The Job:

    • Achieve and exceed assigned conversion goals.
    • Convert potential sales opportunities into pre-qualified leads.
    • Efficiently and effectively conduct needs assessment at various levels and within multiple customer groups (technical, line of business, executive).
    • Communicate the benefits of our niche software products.
    • Accurately manage, track, and precisely forecast conversion opportunities.
    • Responsible for the creation, tracking, and reporting of results.


    About The Candidate:
    • Proven excellence in communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to cultivate relationships with customers over the telephone by effectively communicating and demonstrating an understanding of product offerings.
    • Ability to work well under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
    • Thrives in a team environment and is a self-starter who takes initiative.
    • Highly motivated, results-oriented, high-integrity sales professional.
    • Responsible for the creation, tracking, and reporting of results.
    • Ability to create and assess sales opportunities in new markets and organizations.
    • Sales experience a plus.
