TimeClock Plus has an exciting career opportunity for a Solutions Consultant who will travel across the U.S. to not only help enhance our customers buying experience, but also help them get the most out of the applications that they purchase.

    About The Job:
    Our goal is to assist our customers in making one of the most important, and cost savings decisions that they will make. As a Solutions Consultant, you will meet with customers and assist our sales professionals in identifying key business needs, work with our development team to engineer needed product modifications, and present and demonstrate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. This role will award you the opportunity to travel across the U.S. to customer sites, trade shows, as well as our TimeClock Plus Learning Summits and earn a competitive salary for doing so as well! This position will be filled in our new Bee Cave office. 

     

    About The Candidate:
    Did we mention travel?  You will spend a majority of your time going from one TimeClock expedition to the next. When you are in the office, and not getting a cup of coffee, or participating in our weekly employee luncheon, you will spend your time assisting sales professionals in presenting business solutions, or meeting with senior development staff to advocate customer needs. Being that we are a software development company, it would greatly benefit you to have strong presentation, technical, interpersonal and problem solving skills. A love to see new places and meet new people is a must.  A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field would be preferred, but not required.

     

    Salary:
    The starting Salary for the Solutions Consultant would range from $40K to $60K (OTE) depending on education and experience.

    The Solutions Consultant role is a full-time position and carries the following benefits: paid vacation, health and dental insurance, disability and life insurance, as well as 401K.
