    Marketing Manager

    We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to help lead our marketing team in a challenging and fast-paced environment.

    About The Job:

    • Design and Implement marketing strategies which align with the company goals, strategies and business targets.
    • Build marketing strategies to develop and promote the TimeClock Plus brand and execute plans across various consumer marketing disciplines.
    • Write and develop content for marketing brochures, fact sheets, case studies, success stories, white papers and other content driven marketing initiatives.
    • Conduct market research on competitor profiles to ensure that all marketing strategies remain competitive and new opportunities are not missed.
    • Oversee and manage trade shows including pre-event marketing, planning, logistics, booth design, and post event lead distribution and tracking.
    • Analyze sales and marketing metrics and provide forecasted trends and KPI’s to key stakeholders.
    • Monitor various SEO/SEM tools, both internal and third party, to recommend SEO/SEM initiatives.
    • Stay up to date on trends within SEO and internet marketing.
    • Supervise and monitor advertising, public relations, sales promotion, publications, and other communications functions.

     

    About The Candidate:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
    • Highly organized and capable of multi-tasking
    • At least 5 years of experience in the sales and marketing field
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) as well as a strong understanding of SEO/SEM processes and tools.
    • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration
    • Experience with website analytic tools including Google Analytics
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
