About the Role:

Join Our Kids Child Development Center as a Toddler Teacher, where you'll inspire and nurture young minds in a warm and engaging environment. We are dedicated to fostering the growth and development of children in Greenville, SC, and we are looking for passionate educators to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Create and implement engaging lesson plans tailored for toddlers.

Facilitate a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.

Observe and assess children's development and progress regularly.

Communicate effectively with parents about their child's growth and activities.

Encourage social skills and emotional development through play and interaction.

Maintain a clean and organized classroom space.

Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and activities.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Requirements:

Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.

Prior experience working with toddlers in a childcare setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

CPR and First Aid certification required or willing to obtain.

Passion for early childhood education and child development.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude are essential.

Background check clearance required prior to employment.
