About the Role:

Nadeau's Towing & Recovery LLC is looking for a skilled and dependable Tow Truck Operator to join our team in Lewiston, ME. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working independently, and take pride in helping people when they need it most, this is the opportunity for you! this is a part time position with a possibility of full time. pay is commission based NOT HOURLY, there was not an option for commision

Responsibilities:

Safely operate tow trucks and recovery vehicles to assist motorists in need

Perform vehicle towing, roadside assistance, and accident recovery operations

Inspect and maintain tow truck equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation

Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, and law enforcement

Navigate local roads and highways efficiently to respond to service calls in a timely manner

Complete accurate documentation including call logs, invoices, and incident reports

Follow all DOT regulations, safety protocols, and company policies

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL preferred)

Prior towing, recovery, or heavy equipment operation experience preferred

Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and on-call shifts

Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of towing equipment and rigging

Excellent customer service skills and a professional, calm demeanor under pressure

Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in all weather conditions

Knowledge of the Lewiston, ME area and surrounding regions is a plus
