    Position Summary:

    At triARC, our Construction Administrator will be a critical asset to the construction and project teams. You will ensure all project documentation is up-to-date, provide project support from start to finish, and provide excellent customer service to meet the needs of our clients and project teams.

    Who YOU Are and WHAT You Will be Doing:

    • Construction Administration – Your responsibilities will include confirming all contracts have been signed and completed by all parties, creating and managing process maps for project functions, coordinating project pick-ups and deliveries, managing contacts, maintaining construction administration logs and routings, printing, binding, and organizing construction documents
    • Project Support – You will assist with the production of project specs, support project reimbursements, order and assemble finished product or material samples, closeout projects
    • Relationship Building – You will be a key partner in maintaining and growing relationships with our clients, vendors, and internal staff.
    • Team Support – We are a busy and growing firm. No project is too big or too small for you to jump right into to lend a hand.

    The basic requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
    • Must be organized, professional, and be an excellent written and verbal communicator
    • Some office administration or construction experience is helpful but not required
    • Must be a self-starter, able to work independently, and be a team player
    • This is an ideal role for a new college grad or a future Spring 2021 graduate.
