    Project Architect/Project Manager – triARC Architecture & Design

    Position Summary: triARC Project Managers inspire creativity, provide leadership, and drive client satisfaction from project conception to completion.

We are an architectural firm located in Phoenix, Arizona, specializing in Healthcare, Multifamily Residential, Corporate Office, Industrial/Office, and Restaurant design. Design innovation is the key to all of our projects. Our clients have a clear idea of their needs and aesthetic preference, and it is our job to take these ideas and add elements of “special.” We use our design abilities to accomplish the unexpected!

    Who YOU Are and WHAT You Will be Doing:

    • Project Design – You will use your creative and visionary skills to create and implement design concepts and continue the development through all design phases.
    • Project Management – You will use your organizational, collaboration, and broad relationship skills to manage a cross-functional team and coordinate all aspects of architecture and engineering projects.
    • Client Relations – You will work with management, production, and marketing staff each day to not only meet client expectations but to wow them.

    The nitty-gritty . . .

    • 5 + years of experience in architectural design and project management is desired
    • Our ideal candidate's portfolio must include Multi-Family/Residential and/or Healthcare Design
    • Ability to use Revit is a must , AutoCAD a plus
    • Bachelor Degree in Architecture is required, Architectural License preferred
