    Position Summary:

    The Studio Admin and Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing projects and daily business operations that promote triARC, drive growth of the firm, and enhance employee engagement and customer experience!

We are an architectural firm located in Phoenix, Arizona, specializing in Healthcare, Multifamily Residential, Corporate Office, Industrial/Office, and Restaurant design. Design innovation is the key to all of our projects. Our clients have a clear idea of their needs and aesthetic preference, and it is our job to take these ideas and add elements of “special.” We use our design abilities to accomplish the unexpected!

    Who YOU Are and WHAT You Will be Doing:

    • Studio Administration – General office duties (greet guests, answer phones, check voicemails, maintain office appearance), coordinate mail, maintain office supply inventory, schedule company wide meetings and events, expense reconciliation, maintain vendor folders, deposit checks
    • Marketing Support - Creating and updating marketing materials, assist on project proposals, coordinate photo shoots, manage triARC client and internal events, regularly update triARC website and social media accounts, write press releases and quarterly newsletters
    • Sales Coordination – Update monthly schedules, send appointment reminders, research, submit, and track triARC’s awards and recognition, research target clients, and support sales outreach activities
    • Team Support – Research potential clients and new vendors, support design staff as needed on projects

      The nitty-gritty . . .

    • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, Business or Marketing majors are encouraged to apply
    • Must be organized, professional and be an excellent written and verbal communicator
    • An interest in the design and architecture field would be great!
    • Strong Adobe Suite skills, Photoshop, and Illustrator are a must have
    • Experience managing social media and website content
    • Must be a self-starter, able to work independently, and be a team player
    • This is an ideal role for a new college grad or a future Spring 2021 graduate.
